We want you to love your Smillets products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please initiate a return within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by Smillets.

Please allow two weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund.

Select the items to return

Choose the products you wish to return and ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Provide the necessary details, including the order number and reason for return.

Stick it
in the mail

Follow the instructions provided to securely package the items. Attach the return label and drop it off at the designated courier service.

Get a refund confirmation

Once returned items are inspected, a refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent.
