This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events.
- Perishable items that have been opened or partially consumed.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Share your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Smillets will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
a. Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details for this purpose.
b. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product is returned in a condition that is not its original state (e.g., damaged packaging).
- The return request is initiated after the 7-day return window but is approved as an exception.
c. Rejected Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product is returned without prior approval.
- The product is found to be used, consumed, or tampered with.
- The return request is made after the 7-day return window.
6. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the returned product is received and inspected.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

- If the order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame:

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
